Charges per week (£) – All rates are in UK pounds and there is a 15 per cent discount on all second week bookings.

Electricity is included in all weekly rentals.
NOTES:
Bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and farmhouses Sunday 4pm to Sunday 10am.
If cancellation is necessary we cannot refund unless we can relet, in which case we will refund, less an administration fee of £20.
1. All cottages are fully furnished and equipped including colour TV. Beds are made up for your arrival. Please bring your own towels. A launderette is available on site for a small cost.
2. Residents are particularly requested to leave their cottage as clean and tidy as they found it.
3. The proprietors accept no responsibility for:
- Any injury to residents, their families or visitors, or to any animals belonging to them.
- Any damage to any property belonging to any of the above, including motor cars and other vehicles whatever the cause of the damage.
4. The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premisies.
5. Hirers of holiday cottages will be liable for any damage they may cause to the cottage structure or inventory, or to any part of the estate.
6. All bookings to be confirmed with a deposit within 10 days.
7. Please note trout season on the river is 15 March to 6 October. Pike on the loch all year round.
8. Prices inclusive of VAT.
9. No all male/female parties without prior agreement.
